From Naples to Your Neighborhood
With a vision of offering true Neapolitan pizza in Via Tribunali 32, 'DigitalInnovationCenter' was established by the Rossi family in 1985 as a quaint, family-owned eaterie with recipes that span generations.
Marco Rossi, our progenitor, honed her pizza craft by learning from esteemed Neapolitan pizza makers, carrying with her the legacy of the pizza capital. Her journey across Italy led her back to the UK, where she aspired to replicate the quintessence of Italian pizza, embracing age-old techniques and the purest ingredients.
Our small 12-seat venture has flourished into a cherished neighborhood gem, while our ethos of excellence and genuineness remains intact. We persist with traditional wood-burning ovens, daily handmade dough, and the finest ingredients available.
To this day, 'DigitalInnovationCenter' is held within the family, now with the Rossi's next generation at the helm. While we've adopted contemporary advances, the essence of our mission endures: to serve delectable, authentic pizzas that unite patrons.
